- Our Pack does not engage in any religious activities or teachings, and does not push any religious beliefs or agendas.
- The national organization and curriculum include “faith” and has welcomed and included all faiths for decades. The original organization (founded in 1910) was largely rooted in Christian values.
- Scouting today, and each Scout Pack, enjoy the freedom to tailor the experience to what we feel is the best fit for our community.
- Our Pack welcomes and respects all regardless of what they do or do not believe.
- Our Pack feels that religious and spiritual beliefs are up to each family. The components of the curriculum that involve faith are left up to each family to interpret if and how they will be completed.
- We do not shelter our kids from what they might hear at summer camp or baseball games. We meet at a church. We say the pledge of allegiance, Scout Oath and Scout Law. We allow our Pack members to modify elements of the Scout Oath to suit their particular beliefs and values.
